The first feature you will notice about this ceramic platter is its scale: a full two feet in diameter, 2.5 inches high, and 14 pounds of the finest Italian clay. The platter's large size enables the beautiful handpainted design and colors to envelope your senses. You will be drawn inexorably into the design, which features a bright Mediterranean sun against a deep cobalt background, surrounded by a pattern of Italian lemons in yellow and green. This large ceramic decorative plate features pre-drilled holes in the back so you can easily hang it over your mantle or on another wall. Though this platter is food and dishwasher safe, we recommend that you gently hand wash it. Please note that none of our hand painted ceramics can be placed in the oven or otherwise used for cooking!
