Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right-hand side of our site to check your order status.
Please note that tracking information may not be available until 24-48 hours after shipment.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item on my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right-hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing, or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  Your FedEx tracking number is assigned at the time we prepare your order for shipment, and can be viewed through the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. You should also receive an email from FedEx with a tracking link. Please keep in mind that tracking information may not be available until 24-48 hours after your order has shipped.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right-hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact Customer Service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right-hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. Sometimes your order will be shipped in multiple boxes; each box will have its own Package Tracking Number. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
When will my backorder arrive?
  Because of the nature of our business, we rarely show backordered items on our site. In the event of a backorder, we will keep you informed via email as to the status, and you may cancel at any time before the item has shipped.
