Terms and Conditions
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to do business with us, so our terms and conditions are very simple! The general rule is that if there is any question or problem with your order, you should contact us by email or telephone as soon as you can so that we can address the situation as quickly as possible.
We make every attempt to ship your order as soon as possible. Almost every order is shipped within two business days of receipt. Because we order and stock most of our products in small batches, there are times when an item goes out of stock, or cannot otherwise be shipped immediately. In those cases, we will notify you by email, and will give you the option of waiting for the item, selecting a different item, or canceling your order completely.
Our standard shipping is Fedex Ground/Home Delivery Service, though in some cases we use UPS or USPS. Shipments generally take 2 to 6 business days after shipment to reach their final destination. Wherever possible, we provide you with a tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment online.
If your item arrives broken or damaged, please notify us by email or phone as soon as possible, and we will give you instructions about how to return it. If possible, we will ship another one of the item at no charge; otherwise we will issue a refund.
We also have a 90 day Relish It or Return It guarantee—you can return any item that you are not pleased with that is in new condition for a full refund within 90 days. You must pay for the return shipping, and we recommend that you insure it for the full value, as we cannot issue refunds for items that are lost or damaged in shipment.
In the event of pricing errors on our website, we reserve the right to correct the error, and you will be able to cancel your order if you are not satisfied with the corrected price.
