How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Our shipping charges are a flat rate of $12.00 for orders up to $50.00, a flat rate of $16.00 for orders from $50.01 through $98.99 and FREE shipping for orders $99.00 and over.*

Our standard shipping methods are FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery and USMail Priority or Standard Post. In order to keep our shipping costs to a minimum (and our product prices as low as possible) we ship the most economical way using either FedEx or USMail. If you would like to inquire about expedited shipping for an additional charge, please contact us and we will give you an estimate of the additional fee.

*For customers in Alaska or Hawaii, shipping charges will be the actual shipping charges for the shipping method selected - free shipping does not apply. The shipping charges shown on the order are only an estimate. For AK & HI we can also ship via USMail, which can be significantly cheaper. There is a $10.00 handling charge for USMail shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. If you would like to have a quote for USMail shipping, either send us an eMail prior to placing the order or indicate you would like a USMail estimate before your order is shipped.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right-hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
  If you need to return an item, please contact us first either by email or telephone, and we will provide you with detailed instructions.

When will my order ship?
  Almost all items on the site are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. If there is any reason we cannot ship in that time, you will be notified via email with details, and will have the option to cancel your order if desired. Once your item has shipped, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right-hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You should receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
